Yes, there are many companies that offer photo booths in the world today. But only OURS has many things that the others simply do not have. All you have to do is look at the pictures or talk to the people who were there. They will be talking about the FotoPipeline FotoBooth, long after the event is over. No this is not just a camera on a tripod and yes, you really can fit 12 or more people in ours. And as a recent grandpa will attest to . . . ours even fits a wheelchair and is handicap accessible. Not too many others can say that.

So here is one from just the other day at the Davenport Hotel. Can you tell that they had a ball?

This wedding was very unique, to say the least. We really liked the style and design of this wonderful outdoor event. And for those who follow Indy car racing . . . yes, this groom is the grandson of the famous Tom Sneva. This couple was simply marvelous to work with and easy to communicate to. The event flowed like clock work and everyone had a great time. And if you haven’t seen the Foto Booth images, they are online now as well.

Amanda House / Troy Mathern Wedding

This was a wonderful wedding. The ceremony was at the chapel on Gonzaga University campus and the reception was at the famous Glover Mansion on South Hill. It was a beautiful day and everyone was in rare form. They looked beautiful and danced the night away until the 1933 mint condition Packard took them away at midnight. Hundreds of other images are up on-line through any of the websites and here are a select few for people to see what a great time we had. Josh and I photographed this event and you can see from these images . . . we had an absolute awesome time . . .

Air Time

A couple of weeks ago, we were able to set up a photo shot with a local mountain biker who was willing to put his bike and body on the line for some photos. We had a great time and no injuries or damaged equipment. We were also gave our new GoPro a good run. Video to come soon.

Talk about a wonderful wedding . . .

This was simply stunning in every detail. The facility was very nice and accommodating to all. The food was second to none. The service was incomparable to anywhere. And the D.J. (who’s real name was Michael Jordon – no kidding) never missed a beat and had us on the dance floor till way after midnight. What more could a couple ask for? This was a storybook wedding for Julianne and Dan for sure. In our opinion, it could not have gone any smoother and the images reflect the mood and beauty of the entire two days. The couple is still in Hawaii on their honeymoon but below are a few images to show what happened. All the others are up on the site through the “events” page as of Tuesday night.

Foto Booth – Krebs / Anderson at Bozarth Mansion . . .

Well . . . the foto booth got a really good workout on this one for sure. And yes . . . there are a few, that can only be released by the bride and groom as they are “not something we can show to our kids and grandmother” – sorry guys / house rules. And for those who know . . . it adds a whole new dimension to the term, “Thumbs Up” for sure. Josh and I had our jaw dropped over this one.

So as you can see, everyone had a ball and used the booth over and over and over. All the rest are up on the website if you want to see the others.

“Over the Edge” – Special Olympics . . .

A special thanks out to Mr. Otto Stephens for organizing this event for us this year. Josh and Chris were assigned to camera work on rooftop and ground this year and what great images they were able to capture. And for those who have asked . . . does anyone see anybody they recognize? Yes, a climbing helmet does mess the hair up (ha). So it was a crazy day with 3 events, this being the first. The Special Olympics raised many thousands of dollars and the publicity was awesome. We will be covering this event in more detail next year and including GoPro footage as well. Thanks guys, for doing such a professional and outstanding job. And also thanks for not dropping anything “Over the Edge” . . . (hey, I just had to say it once, ya know)

You can’t say the the On the edge Team is not “Over the Edge” sometimes . . .

Off Camera Flash and the Art of Kung Fu

Pocket Wizards are beautiful pieces of equipment. They allow photographers to “get outside the box” in lighting shots and there are endless possibilities for creativity. Oh, I should also mention, Pocket Wizards are tons of fun too.

Here are a few shots done during a rainy day in Spokane. We headed back to our “secret” training lair to practice the art of Pocket Wizardry and Kung Fu.

One for EVERYONE’S Bucket List . . .

You simply haven’t lived your life, until you have attended the Combine Demolition Derby in Lind, Washington. OMG was this a blast. In a town that normally has about 400 people, this event brought in over 4000 people that witnessed all the local (and some long distance farmers), try to kill each other with their custom Combines. I can’t tell you enough, how exciting this was. Between the crazy spectators, the crashing and scraping metal, the puncturing of tractor tires and the judges almost getting run over numerous times . . . this was a DO NOT MISS event.

Check out a few of the images that Commie and I brought back. Yes, we will be going back next year, and this time, with a FULL crew.
