So when a senior’s mother calls and says that her son wants his pics to look like a U2 album cover . . . what do you do? Well, Grubb and I put our heads together and came up with something that embodied the look that this guy was looking for. Here are a few from the session. They most definitely made his family and friends smile. All we can say is . . . “wow”

We had a lot of fun and worked with the weather that was given to us that day. We really like the outcome and hope you do as well. We love it when a client is easy to work with and understands what we need to do to get the shot.

Megan and Kenneth chose the Country Life Wedding . . .

Some people just simply like the country life. So when Kenneth asked Megan to marry him, he was hoping that they could do so, by being at home in the country. Since they both train horses for a living, this was what comes easy for them and much more comfortable. Skye and Olivia had a great time shooting this event and the couple was “very easy” to work with. “They just seemed to always know how we wanted them to pose . . . and truthfully, it wasn’t even posing for either of them. They simply naturally were beautiful in front of the camera and a miracle to work with.”

We hope they love these images as much as we do. What an awesome couple to photograph. Good luck guys . . .

Belle Victorian Wedding . . .

Jenna and Peter got married on Saturday at Belle Victorian in Deer Park. Yes, the forecast was rain, but nothing was going to ruin this couple’s beautiful day. Skye and I had such a great time with this couple, their family and guests. They decided to make this event an “Unplugged Wedding,” and we are certain that they are VERY glad they chose to do this. All the people were able to simply set back and take in the event. The rain let up after the ceremony as we had a wonderful meal, cut the cake and danced the night away. Brian was the D.J. from Generations Entertainment so the music and accompaniment was flawless. And to top off the night, we met Jenna and Peter at the Hotel Lusso for a final flop on the couples bed.

We had a marvelous time and wish this couple the very best. We’ll take that rain if it means photographing this couple, again and again and again . . .

First Character Images from “The Cullective”

Here are the first character images from The Cullective. The costuming was awesome and Morghun, Eracia and The Child were great to work with. All had fun and we are ready to shoot the pilot here very soon. All other aspects are in line and audio is ready including sound effects. Soon it will be – “Houston . . . we have lift-off”

We are so excited about what’s to come with this. From the script and storyline, to the costumes and the filming and audio . . . this is just going to be a ball for everyone. The world really needs this new eComic. It is going to change the way people think of comic books, no doubt . . .

New Studio Space

Its been a busy winter for the OTE crew. We are proud to announce that we are in our new location / multiple floors, with bigger and better space for the team. And yes . . . the rumor is true, we do have full audio and video recording areas now, along with a very unique sound-proof booth. If you have been following the blog for the past few weeks you will notice that we have posted several times with “in-studio” photos. Our crew is taking full advantage of the extra space and breaking out the studio lights regularly. Its nice to spread out a little and push our collective creative side. Keep coming back, as the first of many “On the edge Pod-Casts” from The Vault are coming very soon. Please enjoy.

Who needs models when you have co-workers?

A day of photos with Pinky and I. Who needs models anyway? We had such a blast doing this photo shoot. We finally have studio space to do portraits inside. And I love it. I’m looking forward to many more studio work. And as soon as Commie gets back from his vacation, said with jealous spite, we’ll be doing a lot more Weekly photo shoots are on our agenda. Well, anyway, hope you all enjoy these photos. We sure had fun taking them.
